All cancellations must be received in writing  
Until 29 April: 50% refund of fee
After 29 April: No refund, but a change of registrant´s name is possible.
 
Registration:
- You will receive an immediate email-confirmation of the registration
- You will receive an invoice per email for your conference registration
 
Hotel accommodation
- You will shortly receive a hotel confirmation by email directly from the chosen hotel.
- Accommodation accounts are to be settled by the delegate on site direct with the hotel. Should you want to change your arrival or departure date, or cancel your hotel reservation, it is important that you inform your hotel directly - this to avoid no-show costs for you.
